Small Grants Scheme
Applications for the 2009/2010 Small Grants Scheme close at 4.30pm on Friday, 10th April 2009.
General Guidelines
1. Please carefully read this section AND the guidelines of the specific Funding Program which applies to you/your organisation
2. You will be ineligible for funding in any Program if you have not provided an acquittal of previous support. (See Acquittal Form).
3. All information on funding support ie. Application Forms, Funding Guidelines and Acquittal Forms are available below.
4. The Applicant is responsible for ensuring that the application is for the correct Funding Program in order to maximise the chances of the application being successful. Questions that should be asked include:
(i) Am I/are we applying to the right Funding Program? (other Council grants include Community Assistance Fund, Sports Fund and Local Area Committee Project Fund).
(ii) Am I/are we eligible for support ie. Have I satisfactorily acquitted all previous support received?
(iii) Is the Project practical, achievable and likely to provide recognisable benefits to the Community?
(iv) Is the information on the Application Form complete, organised and legible?
(v) Successful applicants must acknowledge Council’s contribution in promotional material.
